In exercise Nr.2 we define your target market and segment it into the different customer types you’d like to reach. We identify their pain-points, desires, motivations & behaviors and create customer profiles, which are highly valuable strategic brand assets. Those will be used further down the road to identify opportunities to capitalize upon, create customer journeys and shape user experience, predict and prevent potential pain-points in interacting with your brand, etc.
